It's been so long that i haven't update my blog here....but i am back now.....

Remember i was here since after the Bali trip in Sept 2009 and after that i stopped blogging...

Well after the Bali trip, i went to Hong Kong in October with a gang of friends from the gym as picture show that me and the whole group of friends, and then i went again on November for 2nd time, i just love it so much....to be in Hong Kong.

And then i came back and not much happen since then but i went to a training for be a Body Pump instructor (www.lesmills.com) if you wish to know more click on the link and find BodyPump and i am doing BodyCombat too. And i did passed the training and now already have a own class on Sunday afternoon which is great for me.

Now the family is back, mom and my baby nephew...sister and her husband working all the time so it's not very good to leave mom and the baby in their house alone so my sister decided to bring them home to Penang at least to have me and my other sister take care of them. But of course the house will be more crowded as the baby is really active and funny...love him every bit :)

Had a news from someone that asking whether if i am interested to go to Jordan and teach the group exercise there, it was really tempting wondering how is the offer and pay too....

I do actually thought about it and really interested in it....but wonder if they really want someone like me to teach there? i don't know....

Mmmm it's getting late, will be here again soon....

Trip to Bali

On the 18th of September, before i actually booked the flight from Penang to KL was after 1pm something and will be arrive KL at about 2pm something to catch other flight from KL to BALI at 7pm, but then since there always a lot flight delay cases from Air Asia, i did change the flight from Penang to KL to earlier time which is morning 9am something and arrive there about 10am something. It's quite long to wait cause the flight from KL to BALI not flying until 8pm!

Anyway, i still have to wait the whole day, so i went to Coffee bean to get a coffee and online, but who know they don't have their own wifi and lucky got free wifi from the airport, the trouble is there are so crowded and busy that time! and so many people using the same connection and the internet are so suck! sometime managed to connected but sometime it dropped out. Sigh~

Then time to to leave KL and to BALI, and by the time i arrived Bali it was nearly midnight and i got a transport to Badang Bai, and had a good sleep until the morning before i wake up, i feel the bed is shaking and thought someone it might be the morning call from the service girl there for breakfast, but when i woke up(still shaking) and i see nobody around and i heard women shouting in Indonesian and i was scared for a moment, then open the door and see...they people wondering around, after that it stopped....phew!

After that i found the German couple and we have a chit chat and then having breakfast together, and talk a lot of things too....and then i am invited to join them for the tour in Bali and i agreed! lucky i made the right decision, they German man know a lot about Bali! and Indonesia!

After a trip to oversea since i have been out of Malaysia so long ago, i have to say i really enjoyed a lot and it's a wonderful trip in Bali, and i am very sure that i will go there again sometime when time and financial allow.

Sorry guys for never been update my blog for so long!

There is something i would like to share about my life....hope you all not bored with that after read it.....

It's been nearly 1 year & 7 months that i join the since December 2007.

About building up a good shape, it does show great result when i really follow the workout plan and musclet building diet plan as well, but about the diet plan...it cost much more expensive!

Sometime when we eat 'Ho liao' (delicious tasty food) which mean not really very healthy food and oily as well, it just cost a little money only for all those kind of food, but when come to the body building healthy diet food, it cost 3X than the normal food expenses! anyway here are some information for building muscle and shaping diet plan as below:

Daily food!

Breakfast:

5 eggs (only egg white), Oatmeal with raisin, potato (1 pcs), a cup of low fat milk, turkey bacon with 2 slide of whole meal bread.

Mid morning snack, (between breafast and lunch):

1 granola bar(power bar/cereal bar which have a lot of protein, high fiber, and energy), then a cup of low fat milk again, and 1 pcs of fruit, any fruit.

Lunch

1 canned tuna (tuna in water!), mixed veggis, little rice~

Mid afternoon snack, (between lunch and workout time/dinner):

Same as mid morning snack but change the Milk instead of low fat yogurt!

Dinner

Chicken breast 1 or 2 big pcs(hard boiled! well little flavor is ok), mixed veggis, bake potato (1pcs) if not convenience to bake then hard boiled is ok, then fruit.

So that's the diet plan, everyday! and not cheating! discipline! don't eat any oily junk food!

I think i will do the diet plan soon once i got my financial stable, and one more...get more rest and sleep which can really help, at least 8 hours sleep! as much rest as you can!

So if wanting to know more, let me know...love to share with those who are really want to get nice shape and who are really discipline about it!

My 24th Birthday Celebration.

My birthday 17th of May, remembering it was a bit sad and down during the invitation for the birthday dinner.

It was quite difficult to arrange too, cause some of the friends are not sure if they going for the dinner or not and i have to keep in mind and be sure the quantity of person will be going as i need to book the table, it was only like 5 people including me for the dinner, i was expecting around 9 or 10 peoples, but at that time i thought....it's ok, as some of them going to travel and some of them having exam and can not come and some said not very sure if they can/want to go or not.

Anyway, until a week before the birthday, 1 of the friend has cancel the work trip as the swine flu and she was able to join which is make me feel happy too....

and then a couple friends of mine heard that i will have birthday dinner celebration and then since i thought it's not many people to join so i invited them too....which is more crowded then.

It's been so long that i didn't update my blog here.

Was busy and travel to other city Johor, to visit my sister as she just got out from the hospital after the baby born into this world, my nephew.....here's a picture of him, cute isn't it? hehe.....

Suddenly i became an uncle now, some it sound quite funny when friends/family called me uncle Rooney lol because i am still just 23 years old.....but i am happy with that as it's true. Sometime it's quite exciting lol....Don't mind me.....

Artwork design for the Body Combat Shirt!

This is the artwork for the Body Combat shirt, the theme for the Body Combat release 39 is 'Cage Fight' so the shirt design will be with some cage look just like picture showed...

I thought they look pretty cool, but hope the real shirt will look as cool as this artwork!

Even better if it look cooler than the artwork!

Today was a big day

Life are really amazing but strange too sometime, but as long as we are happy with it.

I just became an uncle for a little baby boy of my oldest sister today, we still thinking a good name for him, it's quite excited to get such news.

Was a little worried earlier because my brother in law called me and say her baby heart beat are quite weak and not really strong so they have to open her tummy and get the baby out.

At least there is a good news as the mom and the baby was doing fine.

i can't really wait to see my little nephew, cuddle him in my arms... i would love him so much and will try to visit him often too, play with him and teach him english....he parents doesn't know english very well even me, but at least i was better than them.....

Was really happy and will try to visit them someday soon if everything is ok here and get away and then go over there.....

Quarterly 2, Workshop in KLCC 24 May, 09

I know it's a bit too soon to plan the next quarterly workshop trip in May.

But since there is an offer for all of us, why not just book it?

Can you believe? Air Asia flight offer from now until 15 March, 09.

I booked a return ticket from Penang to KL uncluded tax and surchage only RM62 net!

and then the skybus return ticket for KL airport LCCT - KL Sentral only RM13 (if book online with your flight ticket) you can buy the skybus ticket in the bus too, but RM10 one way! RM20 for return! so if you book everything together with fligh ticket and skybus ticket, RM62+RM13=RM75 only!

So there is an offer for all of you, remeber the offer is until 15th March, you have to book the ticket before 15th March, to get the price as above as i mentioned.

Les Mills Quarterly 1, Workshop trip to KL and Back to Penang.

I can say the trip wasn't really enjoyable, fly down to KL on 21st feb at night with James.

Arrive KL city nearly midnight, have my guest house checked in which i stay before, quite nice and convenience for me.

Anyway, i am up quite late at night as it was my habit but still woke up in time to arrive the KLCC fitness centre and can't believe i am(late king) the first one from the group of Penang team to arrive there.

It's really crowded there and i was just sitting there and watching them doing Body Attack and Body Vive and then my program is coming next as Body Combat. I can say i really enjoyed it.

I leave the studio after the Body Combat class since most of my team mate has their own plan and i was really hungry too and tired and sleepy so i went back to the guest house and got something to eat and then took a nap. Woke up at about 6pm something and went to Indian/Malay mix restaurant to have something to eat, and back to guest house and feel a little sleepy again as the room are quite comfortable for me with the A/C on so had a nap again and woke up again at about 8pm something, and went to Pavilion for dinner.

Back to the guest house, turned on the laptop and have a look at the new release video of my Body Combat, practise a little then go to sleep after that.

Next day, monday afternoon, got a taxi to KL sentral to catch a bus to LCCT Air Asia airport, the flight was delayed about 30min more, so we arrived Penang was over the time as we estimated.

Anyway got home in the evening and planning to go the gym, but i totally felt so tired and sleepy, went to bed and sleep until 11pm and i woke up then can't get back to sleep until the very late of the night. Anyway the almost all about the trip to KL.

The next day as Tuesday i went to work, stopped by the petrol station for fuel refilled and then straight to the office and after thought about there is an offer price for Mc Donald as from 12pm-3pm, we can get the Value meal with cheaper price, so i had a set Mc value meal take away back to office. Time passed so quick, time to go to gym....when i am on to the gym, there is a couple police blocking around the small road and i got stopped, so i just don't bother and got my wallet and take the lisence out to show them but i realise that a card was missing, it was my Identity Card, and i did't realise that and did't know where i have it slipped off. So i think the police man was trying to ask me to show my identity card, and just right before he ask me i quickly pick up my phone trying to make fake call/or fake incoming call, then the police stop talking to me. So i kept on phone for a while, the other police stopped the motocycle and walk to me and the other police has passed my lisence to the other police who just came.

Anyway he went away and trying to see who he should block again to see if they have their lisence or ic with them or not.

So i hang up the fake call, then this police man talking to me. He thought the other police man have my identity card checked so he don't bother to ask for my Identity Card. Then he questioned me what is in my bag, so i moved it to the front and unzip the bag and show him then told him it's my gym stuff like clothes something like that and he asked a lot about gym things.

So have a nice talk with him and he was a little suprised that i am teaching in the gym and he thought i am a weight trainer and i don't bother to explain about what i am actually doing there.

and then he asked me why don't take some 'medicine' mean steriod to grow more as he said i am so small to be a Personal trainer, so i told him about the 'medicine' is not good and he kept saying i should take it lol...anyway, i have my bag zipped and he let me go, i was so lucky that i clear the situation as skipped the Identity Card checking!

Anyway, here is the most interesting part and it was a bit suprised me too.

Today i went to Police station and report my Identity Card lost as friend of my boss told me i should go to report before apply a new IC, so i went to report and it's a bit long because there was some case happened and so many people gather aroud the police station.

Finally there is my turn to report, so the officer was typed out a report letter for me for the new IC application, as i park my motorcycle IN THE POLICE STATION, you know what and i can't believe it, when i done the report and walked toward to my motorcycle i saw a paper on the basket from my bike and i was 'holy shit!' it was a ticket said i did't park collectly and block the traffic! i just parked as the others parked there too!!!! but they all got the ticket too anyway, and i felt so ridiculous to holding the ticket and walk back to the police station, and find the ticket payment counter and made the payment. i really can't believe it, got a ticket in the police station. i think the goverment really short of money or can't really wait to make more money.

Then, i went for the IC application centre to have my IC replacement done, got the number ticket and wait for my turn, not very long my number was calling so i went to the counter, and pass the report form to the lady and she have a look at it then said oh with my case, you need to pay RM110!!!!! Yes you heard me right it's ONE HUNDRED AND TEN BUCKS! for the new IC replacement! i was so suprised and she notice that too, after that she immediately give me a form and ask me to go to KOMTAR for the new IC replacement cost discount and she said if i can go to KOMTAR and done the form, i could get 50 BUCKS discount! and still i need to pay 60 BUCKS!!!!!! that's really damn expensive. Bloody hell! Holy Shit!

But still i can't do anything, still have to pay for that.

Anyway will go tomorrow.....

The most funny class that i have ever been

Feb 14, 2009....We had a class for members in Fitness First IP Penang, the theme is BodyJam love Combat. The time for the class was 3.20pm, by the time when all the Jam and Combat instructors are getting ready for the class seem like around 3.00pm, the gym look so quiet and look like everyone was went out for Valentine's day celebration and nobody free to come and attend the class.

Luckily, when the time at 3.15pm and we just lifted our head and look toward to the front and saw so many members wearing red/pink color shirt/pants as we requested for the theme.

and we are all so surprised that there are so many members are joining the class!

The class went very well, it's so crowded and was about 30+ members in the studio which is so cool! well and hot too as some member could not really breath inside the studio.

The class was really successful and we have lucky draw for members too, seems they are quite happy and pleased.

Thanks to sam for having such a nice theme class for all of us.

Trying to get a trip to HK arranged and trip to KL on Feb

I believe people would say to me 'are you crazy? no money, no saving and with some little debt that u have now in the bank?' Well yes i thought i was crazy, and it does really sound like i am forcing myself for the trip.

But sometime it's right to be crazy too, otherwise i would regret and disappointed and always tell myself that 'what a shame, i should gone with them'.
Yes that's right with my situation now, just have my debt sort into an easy way and i believe you all know the credit balance transfer from the card, anyway it charged quite a lot handling fees although it says 0% for the installment plan.

Anyway the bonus i got from my boss are really under my expectation, it's far more less than i expected, thought i could have the high bonus for my financial plan. But anyway, i am failed with that. But at least there are some way that i think i can make it better too.

Really thanks to James that book for the flight ticket for me and Terence and never rush me to pay him back but i am trying to pay back as soon as i can, i don't like to owe people too long.
As the trip to KL quarterly/workshop for Les Mills program, as i said i thought i could have the bonus for the trip and the plan are failed but anyway i am still going otherwise i just have my flight ticket wasted.

That's where i stayed before for the last trip to KL, it was really comfortable for me. Well i know some people willing to pay much more for proper hotel or standard hotel, but then what i have thought is, the guest house not really that bad either, well although the toilet and shower room is for share but still at least you can get the door locked up when you shower.

Anyway, although a couple friends changed their mind with our plan, it still not really influence my plan too as i am still staying at the same guest house, and they will be stay somewhere else which i am not sure and we will fly down to KL together but when we coming back to Penang, will be separate. As what i am trying to say now is not complaining but we need to know something and understand how lucky we are, there is a Chinese saying 'We never realize that we actually live in a happiness life' well i don't know if this translation is right or not but it's a close one. A plan that unnecessary to change, i would not just throw away my flight ticket and get other flight ticket as i have bought it. No matter how rich you are and how cheap is the flight ticket, friends....don't waste money especially for now, the economi are really bad and unstable.

But it's ok as some people say 'Mind your own business'.

Well about the trip to HK on Oct, actually i was really gave up about it, and reply my friend who arrange the flight ticket for all of us as with my financial status. It need to book before 15 Feb to get cheaper price. On the next day i went to gym, of the the friend was trying to persuade me to join the trip and actaully what he said is right too, and i thought about that too, it's very easy for us to travel alone or with someone with you like, you can wait till the right time or till you get your money saved. But it's not easy when trying to arrange a trip for maybe about 9 peoples cause we have our own business and work and we can't take off from work anytime we want.

I was thinking that i wanted to go but i can't because of my financial, i thought it would be fun to go with them and have fun during the trip, and i thought what i shame if did not join them, so then i have thought about my boss and asked him, and actually managed to borrow some money from him and also a very sweet friend of mine willing to lend some money for the trip as i could pay them back a bit more slowly and at least i don't need to pay the interest just like the bank.

It's now at least have the flight booked and that's mean i shall be going with them.
Happy!? well yes and no..... I hope the others friends really plan the trip with the best price....if everyone say that they want to stay in the nice hotel, i think i am ready to empty my money quicker but i do my best and hope they get some suggestion from others too.
